## Eligibility For Refunds

Refund requests must meet ALL of the following conditions:

* Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.
* Customers must provide photo evidence if claiming a damaged or incorrect item.

## Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

* Opened or used products.
* Change of mind after purchase.
* Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
* Delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

## Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
